Purpose of MCFA

To represent employer-employee relations, to promote and protect the interests and welfare of members, and promote professional attitudes and ethical conduct among members.
To encourage members to exercise their rights and privileges as citizens and to provide leadership in civic affairs.
To promote the well-being of the citizens of Montana by providing quality educational opportunities to students at the University of Montana-Missoula College.

Collective Bargaining Agreement

Defines roles and responsibilities for faculty and Administrators, and compensation and working conditions.
Serves as agreement between parties, University of Montana, MUS Board of Regents, in MCFA function as an affiliate of MFPE, governed by UM-MC constitution, its Board of Directors and/or membership.
Ensures the implementation and protection of the Missoula College mission.
